Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and nojili Casino ("nojili," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the nojili online gaming platform accessible at nojili.club and all associated mobile, tablet, and browser-based interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

Eligibility

Account Registration & KYC

3.1 One Account Per Player

Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. 3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued identification document, your valid Philippine mobile number, and your email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), nojili is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal transactions. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Passport (Philippine or foreign, with Philippine address proof)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• SSS, GSIS, or PRC identification card

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nojili login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify nojili support immediately. nojili will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or telephone.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nojili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following authorized payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. nojili does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign bank transfers, or third-party payment on behalf of another person.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. nojili reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction limits at its discretion, with advance notice provided via the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. nojili targets same-day processing for verified accounts using e-wallet channels (GCash, PayMaya). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or for enhanced due diligence reviews.

4.4 Transaction Monitoring

All financial transactions on nojili are subject to AMLA-compliant monitoring. Transactions meeting reporting thresholds under Philippine law will be reported to the appropriate authorities. nojili may delay or refuse a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds for suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

nojili may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods.

• Bonus funds must be wagered according to the stated turnover requirement before withdrawal.
• Only one active bonus may be held per account at any time unless expressly stated otherwise.
• nojili reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.

Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the nojili Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or algorithms to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Attempting to circumvent bet limits, withdrawal limits, or KYC requirements;
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN to disguise your true location.

Intellectual Property

All content on the nojili Platform — including but not limited to the nojili brand name and logo, game software, graphics, text, video streams, audio, user interface design, and code — is the property of nojili Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent from nojili.

Responsible Gaming

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• Player request for self-exclusion;
• Direction from PAGCOR or any relevant Philippine regulatory authority;
• Technical, security, or legal reasons requiring Platform access restriction.

Upon account closure, all verified pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed in due course, subject to completed KYC and absence of any countervailing legal obligation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nojili's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nojili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from Platform unavailability, technical errors, internet outages, or circumstances beyond nojili's reasonable control.

The nojili Platform and all games are provided "as is." While nojili takes all reasonable steps to ensure accuracy and availability, nojili makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of third-party interference.

Amendments

nojili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. nojili will use reasonable efforts to notify players of material changes via the Platform's notification system or registered contact details. Continued use of the Platform after publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. Players who do not accept amended Terms should cease using the Platform and contact support to close their account.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the nojili Platform.

nojili operates in accordance with PAGCOR's licensing framework and the following applicable Philippine legislation: the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), and the Republic Act No. 11765 (Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act) where applicable.
